At Samyang, we stand behind the quality of our optical products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Whether you need a different focal length or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures your satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the lens or accessory in its original retail packaging, including all lens caps, hoods, and documentation, and pack it into a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label or your own trackable label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
